MANAGEMENT

Our certified professionals

We use the agile way to manage our projects, mainly within software
development. Our Agile software development processes leans on Scrum,
which is often perceived as a methodology. But rather than viewing Scrum
as methodology, think of it as a framework for managing a process.

Issues

Keep a list of the issues and anhancwments that make up your project. Classify them and assign the right person to fix or monitor each issue.

Wiki

A wiki is the space for your project documentation. Add wiki pages, edit them directly in your browser and upload content so all your teammates have the requered documenyation,

Tasks

A task communicates the need to do some work. Team members can create and define task to represent the work needed to accomplish a user story.

Online board

Taiga is just one part the ecosystem you may use to manege a project. You may whant to intagrate whith your favorite tools to make life easier. We developed Taiga make connects whith your favourite tools a breeze.

Scrum

Scrum is an iterative and incrementa l agile software development methodology for managing product development.

The product backlog is what will ultimately be delivered.ordered into the sequence in which it should be delivered. Product Backlogs are broken into manageable, executable chunks named sprints. Every certain amount of time the team initiates a new sprint and commits to deliver a certain number of user stories from the backlog, in accordance with their skills, abilities and resources. The project advances as the backlog becomes depleted.

Kanbam

Kanban in Japanese, can mean to look closely at take care of, or keep watch. (ban, or ita by itself) means a board. Therefore, Kanban roughly translated should be someth ing like “a board to look at”.

The Kanban methodology is used to divide project development (any sort of project) into stages.

A kanban card is like an index card or post-it note that details every task (or user story) in a project that needs to be completed.
The Kanban board is used to move each card from one state of completion to the next and in so doing, helps track progress.

Our experienced project managers hold your hand through the process

Every project is analysed whith a comprehensive understanding of your requiremeynts. Project managers collect sets of features into deliveries (we call them “sprints”). Every sprints is broken down into tasks for each of the project members. THey all report back online, and you follow every step of the project on a digital dashboard, leaving no space for unexpected surpised.
